First Kiln
In the references the kiln is referred to as a tile kiln and as a brick
kiln. The occupations are always Brickmakers never Tilemakers.

The 1719 Enclosure map shows Tile Kiln Close to the north of what is now
Old Kiln Lane. And the terrier shows that the tenant was John Day.
